Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Aijentik Entertainment Ltd ("Aijentik", "we", "us") is the data controller for personal data processed through the Aijentik platform, including aijentik.com, our mobile experiences, member services, and the operator tools we license to venues and promoters.

2. Data we collect

  • Account data — name, email, handle, city, profile photo, authentication identifiers.
  • Activity data — events you view, like, save, buy or attend; concierge prompts; preferences.
  • Order & ticket data — purchase history, ticket QR codes, billing identifiers (we never store full card numbers — payments are processed by Stripe).
  • Technical data — device, browser, IP-derived city, error logs.

3. How we use it

To run the service: deliver tickets, send order confirmations, prevent fraud, power AI recommendations, operate door scanning at events, support members, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data.

4. Sharing

We share the minimum necessary data with: the venue or promoter hosting the event you booked (to admit you and meet legal obligations), our payment processor (Stripe), our cloud and email infrastructure providers, and authorities where legally required.

5. Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time from your account settings, or by emailing privacy@aijentik.com. EU/UK users have rights under GDPR; California residents have rights under the CCPA.

6. Retention

We keep order and ticket data for 7 years to meet tax and refund obligations. Account data is kept while your account is active and for 30 days after closure (longer where required by law).

7. Security

All traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3). Card data is tokenised by Stripe. Database access is gated by row-level security. We run continuous vulnerability scanning and have an internal incident-response procedure.
