1. Acceptance
By creating an account, buying a ticket or using any part of Aijentik, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Tickets
Aijentik acts as a ticketing agent for the event organiser ("Organiser"). The Organiser is responsible for the event itself — line-up, venue, age policy and the experience on the night. All sales are final unless the event is cancelled, rescheduled, materially changed, or refundable under consumer law.
3. Refunds & cancellations
If an event is cancelled, you receive a full refund of the ticket face value within 14 working days, automatically, to the original payment method. If an event is rescheduled, your ticket remains valid for the new date or you can request a refund. Booking fees are refunded only where required by law. Members on Plus and VIP Black pay zero booking fees.
4. Resale
Tickets may be resold only via Aijentik's official resale system, at face value or below. Touting outside the platform is a breach of these Terms and we may cancel tickets sold outside our network without refund.
5. Membership
Memberships renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account and retain your benefits until the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds.
6. Acceptable use
No automated buying, scraping, bot-driven account creation, or evasion of fraud controls. We use rate limiting, device fingerprinting and dynamic risk scoring; tickets bought in violation may be cancelled without refund.
7. Liability
Aijentik's liability for any single booking is limited to the face value of the ticket. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Governing law
England & Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, save for non-waivable consumer rights in your country of residence.
